Have woken up feeling fat, with fresh motivation

I mean, I just don’t want to feel fat like this anymore

So I’m getting back on track, and starting the day with insanity pure cardio

Next week I’m doing full-day shifts of waitressing, so that + cardio recovery week should help me stay away from food and keep me on my feet

Then after that, the goal is insanity in the morning, a small 10minute run in the evening

Simples!
